1st Latin American Conference on Medical Ozone
Last week, a highly successful event was held in Argentina, organized by AMAO (the Argentine Ozone Association), with the participation of ozone associations from across Latin America. The meeting provided an excellent opportunity for the exchange of scientific knowledge and experiences.
One of the most significant outcomes of the event was the decision to bring all Latin American ozone associations together under a common structure. This new organization is expected to function as a federation or corporation operating under the umbrella of the World Ozone Federation.
Antonio Teixeira, as always, played a constructive and unifying role throughout the discussions and helped foster a spirit of cooperation among all participants.
As President of the World Ozone Federation, I was honored to attend this meeting, and our participation was warmly welcomed. The atmosphere was exceptionally friendly, sincere, and collaborative.
I sincerely hope that this gathering will be remembered as an important step forward for the ozone community—one that not only strengthens scientific collaboration but also promotes friendship, solidarity, and mutual understanding among colleagues and associations throughout the region.
