With the aim of helping all ozone therapists in the world, a first document has been proposed to provide the latest scientific evidence and suggestions on concentrations and treatment methods that will help to obtain clinical data from a large number of patients using similar protocols. The document will be reviewed over the years and updated following the suggestions of all the people working in the field of medical ozone treatment. The "Sao Paulo Declaration" was a first attempt to organize with common procedures the main indications to personalize the therapy taking into account the suggestions and indications of the main experts in the various fields in which medical ozone could be useful, including orthopedists, ophthalmologists, pharmacologists, neurologists, rheumatologists, oncologists and all specialties not mentioned above. We count on everyone's collaboration to make this document more complete and make it an indispensable element for the outpatient use of medical ozone according to a new scientific and clinical method aimed at ensuring the best result and the widest collaboration between all colleagues of the different medical specialties.
